Dr. Seloamoney Palaniandy, best known as Dr. Selva among friends and colleagues, is a distinguished scholar whose academic career spans more than four decades. Over the years, he has worked in culturally diversified academic environments under various capacities.
He is currently an Emeritus Professor, a Licensed International Pedagogy Trainer, and a Certified International Trainer in Postgraduate Supervision & Review. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teachers, United Kingdom (FCollT), and a veteran of the International Society of Teacher Education (ISfTE).
Dr. Selva served as an Associate Professor and Acting Executive Dean of the School of Education at the University of Goroka, Papua New Guinea. He has also held senior academic positions in several Malaysian universities (IUKL, Saito, Asia e-University, Manipal Global NXT) specializing in Pedagogy, Management Sciences, Business, and Entrepreneurial studies.
